The Aje & Olokun Festival is a celebration that pays homage to the energies of Olokun, the Yoruba deity of the sea, and her daughter, Aje, the deity of wealth. The purpose of this festival is to uplift the wealth and prosperity of the entire community that participates. There will be several activities beginning Wednesday, June 23rd that will include a lecture on Olokun, a remembrance workshop, an all white beach party, and an Orisa song and drum class.
